My therapeutic style involves a warm, collaborative relationship by which we can achieve your mental health, wellness, education, or career goals. I use a variety of techniques that assist in thinking more efficiently about your place in this world. My goal is to help you be at peace with what is difficult, be it depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just your personal wellness. Whatever the problem, we can work on it together to reach your maximum potential, stability, and harmony.

I have been an educator and counselor for 24 years. I hold a PhD in Counselor Education/Supervision and have worked clinically in various settings including medical, public school, university, and community health centers. In addition, I have served as an adjunct instructor for Waynesburg University, California University of Pennsylvania, and West Virginia University.

My belief in holistic healing as well as mindfulness and meditation help to create an atmosphere of self-integrated wellness. While we will work together on your individual treatment goals, your sense of self will be at the forefront of it all.
